Shipping Policy

At Oils and Herbs, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. This page explains our shipping process, delivery timelines, returns, replacements, and some commonly asked questions.

1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS/WhatsApp with your order number and a tracking link.

2. Delivery Timelines
We currently ship across India with two delivery options:

Express Delivery –

Delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Shipped via Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post Speed Post.

Best for urgent orders.

Standard Delivery –

Delivery within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Shipped via India Post, Delhivery, or DTDC.

Ideal for non-urgent deliveries.

Note: During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, delivery may take up to 7 working days. While delays caused by couriers are beyond our control, we will keep you updated.

Orders below this value will have a nominal shipping fee shown at checkout before payment.

Express Delivery charges, if applicable, will also be displayed before confirming your order.

3. Delivery Areas
We deliver to most pin codes across India, including metros, tier-1 cities, and select tier-2 & tier-3 towns.

If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or issue a refund.

4. Order Tracking
Track your order using the link sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp after dispatch.

If tracking details are not active immediately, please allow 12 hours for the courier partner to update their system.

5. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery.

If delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

Q1: Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
A: If your order has not yet been shipped, yes. Please contact our customer care team immediately to update your address.

Q2: Do you ship on Sundays or public holidays?
A: No, orders are processed and delivered only on working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Q3: Can I track my order in real-time?
A: Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Q4: My order is delayed. What should I do?
A: Delays may happen due to courier issues or weather conditions. Please contact us with your order number, and we will follow up with the courier partner.

Q5: What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
